Buy Korean Maple online. The Korean maple is the perfect choice for climates too cold to grow Japanese maples, as it is similar to both Japanese maples and full moon maples. This tree has lobed palmate leaves that are dark green during spring and summer. In fall they transform into a whirlwind of gold, orange and scarlet. The Korean maple features small purple flowers as the plant begins to leaf out that turn into samaras later in the season. A wonderful hardy addition to the garden.
Family: Sapindaceae / Aceraceae · Common Name: Maple

KOREAN MAPLE Homeowner Growing & Maintenance Tips
Japanese Maples are moderately easy to grow and adapt to most conditions; however, they do prefer to be planted in an area that is well protected from wind, heat exposure, and drought like conditions. Feed once a year with a slow release fertilizer.
