Shipping Details

We know you’re excited to receive your plants, and we want the shipping process to be as simple and worry-free as possible.

Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING on shipments of $175 or more.

For shipments totaling less than $175, a one-time $28 shipping and handling fee will be added.

When Your Order Ships

Once your plants leave Sooner Plant Farm, you will receive an email from the shipping carrier with your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Please keep an eye on your tracking information so you know when to expect your plants.

If Your Shipment Is Delayed

Occasionally, weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances can cause a shipment to arrive later than originally scheduled.

Most delayed packages arrive within a day or two of their estimated delivery date.

If your shipment is delayed, please check the carrier’s tracking information for the latest update.

Once a package leaves our farm, the shipping carrier is responsible for transporting it. However, we are still here to help. If you are concerned about a delayed shipment, contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help get your shipment moving.

Your Plants Are Carefully Packed

Shipping live plants takes extra care.

Our team carefully packs your plants to help protect them during transportation and to allow for unexpected additional travel time.

When your plants arrive:

Unpack them promptly.

Carefully remove the plants from their packaging and follow the Arrival and Planting Instructions included with your order.

Giving your plants attention soon after delivery will help them make a successful transition from our farm to your home.
