Heart Throb® Kousa Dogwood was introduced by Don Schmidt Nursery out of Oregon, and was selected due to its large, rose pink flower bracts that can form huge bracts! The color show is persistent and has been known to last up to 2 months in Oregon. The flowers are contrasted by green leaves, and fall color is going to be shades of yellow, orange, and red.
