Buy Sunrise Painted Buckeye online. Sunrise Painted Buckeye, also known as Caroline Horse Chestnut, is a great medium to large growing ornamental tree. The name comes from its early spring production of leaves that emerge showing shades of orange, red, and deep pink. As they mature, they will darken to dark green in the summer. Fall brings on more colors of orange and red. Yellow flowers appear in spring and seldom produce seed. Does best in a semi-shade to dappled shade environment.
