We cannot guarantee success outside the recommended USDA Hardiness Zones.
Even within appropriate zones, success depends upon:

- Sun exposure
- Wind
- Microclimates
- Maintenance
- Temperatures above and below USDA average Hardiness Zones
10. Pest and Disease Disclaimer

The Company cannot guarantee that plants will remain free of future pest or disease problems after delivery.
11. Deer, Rabbits and Wildlife
Plants described as "deer resistant" or similar are not deer proof.
Wildlife feeding behavior varies by location, food availability, weather, and animal populations.
No warranty is made regarding damage caused by wildlife.
12. Invasive Species
Customers are responsible for determining whether a plant may be considered invasive, restricted, or prohibited within their local jurisdiction.
13. Regulatory Compliance
Certain plants cannot legally be shipped into every state or locality due to state or federal agricultural regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders to comply with applicable plant quarantine laws and USDA or state agricultural regulations.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
